That is a different and simpler program. Send homeowners to HVACandRoof, and when a job is completed and paid you earn 20% of our fee — not a markup on what the homeowner pays. Referring someone can never make their project cost more.

No licence, insurance or screening is involved, because you are not performing the work. It suits realtors, property managers, retired installers, and anyone whose trade or area we do not cover yet.
