This website is operated by HVAC and Roof Corp (“HVACandRoof”), 3561 S Archer Ave #1061, Chicago, IL 60609. HVACandRoof is a marketplace that matches homeowner requests with screened, independent contractors.
What we collect. The planning estimator works entirely in your browser and does not require any personal information. If you choose to submit a request, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, phone number and project information) to operate the matching service. If you apply as a contractor, we collect the business details you provide to run screening.
How requests are shared. With your explicit consent at submission, your request and contact details are shared with up to 3 screened, independent contractors so they can contact you about your project. Those contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own use of your information. We do not sell your information or share it beyond this disclosed matching.
What we don’t do. We do not store your personal information in your browser. Analytics on this site, when enabled, never receive personal information.
Text messages. If you check the SMS consent box, we may text you about your request. Consent is optional and not required to receive service; reply STOP at any time to opt out.
